Dr Goihl grew up in rural Lake City, and graduated
from Lincoln high school in 1986. He received his college education at
St. John's University where he graduated with a BA in English and a
Communications minor.
While
working in the medical equipment field, Dr Goihl threw his back out while
installing a bone densitometer - but found amazing results with
chiropractic treatments, compelling him to pursue a career in
chiropractic.
After attended Northwestern College of
Chiropractic in Bloomington Illinois, he interned at Lakeview
Chiropractic Clinic in Lake City, where he subsequently accepted a
position.
An opportunity presented itself to open his
own practice, and Dr Goihl moved to the Twin Cities where he practiced for five years
in his Maple Grove clinic.
When his oldest daughter was ready for first grade
in 2007, he moved back to Lake City where he enjoys being closer to
friends and family. Dr Goihl's gentle adjusting techniques and affordable
care are well appreciated in Lake City, and he is able to offer same-day
appointments as well as friendly, caring, and knowledgeable treatment.
Dr Goihl is a member of the Minnesota Chiropractic
Association and the American Chiropractic Association. He is also active
in Kiwanis, his church and in supporting the local community. (
